Reply! Inc. Appoints Frank Siskowski as Chief Financial Officer

Veteran CFO With More Than 30 Years of Experience Has Held CFO and other Senior Management Positions at Visa International, MCI Communications and E-LOAN

WALNUT CREEK, Calif. (April 6, 2005) – Reply! Inc. (www.reply.com), a leading provider of online services for consumers and performance-based e-marketing solutions today announced that Frank Siskowski, a veteran with senior management experience at such companies as Visa International, MCI Communications and E-LOAN, has been appointed as the company’s new chief financial officer.

In his new role, Siskowski will oversee financial planning, analysis and reporting as well as tax planning and compliance. He will work closely with the senior management team at Reply! to accomplish the company's financial objectives and help Reply! with its continued growth and success.

Siskowski has enjoyed a 30-plus year career in finance. Most recently, he served as CFO for ZANTAZ, a leading provider of Compliance Technology SolutionsTM. Prior to joining ZANTAZ, Siskowski served as the CFO of E-LOAN, Inc., where he helped build the company’s finance function and prepare the company for its IPO. Prior to E-LOAN, Siskowski served as CFO of Skillset Software, Inc., a maker of human-resources software applications and also managed finance functions for well established industry leaders, such as Visa International, PepsiCo Inc., MCI communications and Indus International.

Furthermore, Siskowski has been serving as a director and Chairman of the Audit Committee for The Management Network Group (NASDAQ TMNG) since March 2003.
