Reply! Appoints New Board Member and Three Executives

Former Apple CFO is Appointed to Board; Management Team Strengthened with Ex-Yahoo! Executive; Two Top Executives Promoted

San Ramon, CA - December 06, 2006 – Reply!, Inc. (www.reply.com), a leading provider of online services for consumers, today announced the appointment of one new board member and three senior executives to strengthen the company’s management team as it continues to progress to a new stage in its development. Debi Coleman, former Chief Financial Officer of Apple Computer, has been appointed to Reply!’s Board of Directors; Brian Bowman has joined Reply! as EVP of Marketing and Business Development ; Bill Miles has been promoted to General Manager and EVP, Reply! Local; and David Greene has been promoted to EVP, Sales and Client Services.

One of the most recognizable names in corporate America , Ms. Coleman brings to Reply! a high level of expertise in the consumer technology industry. She is best known for her role in the early success of Apple Computer, where she held the positions of VP of Operations, VP Information Systems and Technology, and Chief Financial Officer. She currently also sits on the Board of Directors of Applied Materials, Synopsys, Teja, Neopad, Kryptiq, Phoseon and will now chair Reply!’s audit committee.

As EVP of Marketing and Business Development, Mr. Bowman will r eport directly to Reply! Chairman and CEO Payam Zamani. He immediately assumes responsibility for establishing Reply! as a consumer brand and for further developing the Reply.com website into a highly valuable consumer service experience. A skilled general manager with more than 16 years of experience in product strategy, product management and marketing, Bowman has held executive-level positions at several leading consumer companies including Yahoo!, Match.com and the entertainment giant The Walt Disney Company’s ABC TV Network.

Mr. Miles, promoted to General Manager and EVP, Reply! Local, also reports directly to Mr. Zamani and is responsible for overseeing and further growing all aspects of the strategic direction and daily operations – marketing, sales, product, and IT – of Connecting Neighbors, a successful stand-alone business unit within Reply! that consists of more than 13,000 unique neighborhood websites.

Also promoted, from VP of Auto Operations to EVP of Sales and Client Services, Mr. Greene will directly report to Mr. Zamani. Effective immediately, Mr. Greene will oversee all of Reply!’s sales and client services operations for each of Reply!’s business verticals and will lead all efforts associated with growing Reply!’s highly valuable network of more than 17,000 real estate and automotive service providers.
