Reply! announces new guarantee for real estate leads

Company offers 'pay-as-you-go' plan for agents


San Ramon, CA - February 8, 2007 – Reply!, Inc. (www.reply.com), an online services company, has announced a guarantee protection program for real estate agents and brokers who use the company's online lead-generation services.

Reply! Real Estate announced this week that it is offering free leads for up to one year to agents who do not convert at least one of its leads into a sale within 12 months of using the service.

The company also is offering a 72-hour, no-questions-asked, money-back guarantee on all invalid leads and a "pay-as-you-go" payment policy through which agents do not pay for any leads until they receive them. Agents can cancel the service at any time and there are no long-term contracts, the company announced.

"Agents who have committed to Reply!'s lead generation programs for at least one year have experienced close rates as high as 15 percent," Reply! Chairman and CEO Payam Zamani said in a statement. "We are so confident that our leads will convert into sales that we are willing to back it up with a guarantee that virtually takes out all risks associated with joining an online marketing program."

In addition to Reply! Real Estate, Reply!'s family of online brands includes RealtyNow, AgentConnect, Connecting Neighbors and iMotors. Founded in 2001 and based in San Ramon, Calif., the company secured a funding round of $17 million within the past 18 months.
