Payam Zamani
Chairman and CEO

Payam Zamani, chairman, president and CEO, is a veteran entrepreneur in online commerce. A pioneer in the online automotive industry, Zamani has extensive experience managing companies, building management teams, developing viable business models, raising capital and creating strategic relationships. Zamani was co-founder and CEO of Autoweb.com (now a part of Autobytel.com), one of the first online car buying services. In addition to developing the concept and strategy for the company and hiring the management team, he was responsible for significantly growing revenues and taking the company to profitability. He grew monthly traffic to 3.4 million unique visitors, expanded the dealer network to over 5,000, developed key strategic relationships and prepared the company for its Initial Public Offering. As Vice Chairman, he directed the acquisition strategy, including acquiring the Automotive Information Center. Autoweb had a run rate of $45 million in revenues and a market cap of more than $500 million when he left the company in 1999. Zamani is a graduate of University of California, Davis. He is also a graduate of Stanford University's Executive Leadership Program.

Sharon Wienbar
Managing Director, Scale Venture Partners





Sharon invests in mobile, internet, and enterprise software companies at Scale Venture Partners, which she joined in 2001. Sharon sits on the boards of Bellamax, Biz360, Facetime Communications, Glu Mobile, Merchant Circle, and Reply.com.

Prior to Scale Venture Partners, Sharon spent 15 years at Critical Path, Amplitude Software, Adobe Systems and Bain & Company. Among her varied responsibilities, she directed marketing strategies and operations, integrated product and service businesses following acquisitions, managed the application of technology to Pacific Rim and European markets, and negotiated complex intellectual property licenses.

Sharon holds a BA and MA in Engineering from Harvard University, and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Sharon also serves on the board of the non-profit Myelin Repair Foundation.

Jordan M. Spiegel
Managing General Partner, Spiegel Partners

Jordan M. Spiegel is Managing General Partner of Spiegel Partners, LLC ("Spiegel Partners"), a Santa Barbara based private equity firm. Prior to the founding of Spiegel Partners, Mr. Spiegel was a founding partner of GESD Capital Partners, a San Francisco based private equity firm. Prior to this, he was Executive Vice President of Laffer Associates, a San Diego based economic research & corporate finance advisory firm. Mr. Spiegel began his career on Wall Street as a securities analyst following special situation small-cap stocks with Crowell, Weedon & Co., a Los Angeles based regional brokerage firm. Prior to this, he was on the research staff of the Democratic Senate Campaign Committee in Washington, D.C. In addition to Reply!, Inc., Mr. Spiegel sits on the board of directors of Bankserv, an electronic payments processing firm. Mr. Spiegel graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts degree in cultural anthropology, and received an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Debi Coleman
Managing Partner, SmartForest Ventures

Debi Coleman, Managing Partner of SmartForest Ventures , is one of the most recognized female executives in technology management. Debi stepped down as Chairman of the Board of Merix Corp. (NASDAQ: MERX) in September 2001, having served as Chair since October 1999, and serving as both CEO/Chair since its spin-out from Tektronix, Inc. in March 1994 (IPO: May, 1994). Prior to that she was Vice President Materials/Operations for Tektronix. She is perhaps best known for her career achievements with Apple Computer, Inc. where she held the positions of Vice President of Operations, Chief Financial Officer, and Vice President Information Systems and Technology.

Coleman serves as an advisor to three venture funds: PacRim Partners (CA); Utah Ventures; and Alexander Hutton Ventures (Seattle). She has been an active angel investor since 1995 and is a founding member of the Portland Angel Network.

Coleman graduated from Brown University with a BA in English Literature in 1974 and received her MBA from Stanford University in 1978. She also received an honorary Ph.D in Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1987. Coleman was named a Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute in 1997.

Coleman devotes time and energy to several organizations including the Committee of 200 and International Women’s Forum. She currently serves on the boards of Applied Materials Inc.; Synopsys, Inc.; Kryptiq; Neopad; Teja; and Phoseon.

John Truchard
Co-Founder, Reply!

John Truchard brings more than ten years' experience in building online marketplaces. A veteran of three automotive services, Truchard was the first sales executive at Autoweb.com in 1996. Working with the founders, Truchard helped build the dealer network to more than 3,500 automobile dealers. He was also instrumental in building monthly Autoweb revenues to more than $1 million.

In 1998, Truchard was co-founder and president of OpenAuto, a software company focused on vehicle configuration and inventory management. During his tenure, OpenAuto raised $7 million in capital and launched its software product prior to selling the technology to Modulant Solutions. Immediately prior to joining Reply!, Truchard served as Vice President of Automotive at Modulant Solutions. There he was responsible for the successful licensing of the OpenAuto technology to several partners in the online automotive space.

Truchard, also one of the co-founders of Reply!, studied Economics at the University of California at Davis.

Randy Haykin
Managing Director, Outlook Ventures

Randy Haykin is a well-known angel and venture investor residing in the Silicon Valley. He has been a Managing Director at Outlook Ventures for the past ten years, after co-founding the firm in 1996. He led the firm's early involvement at Overture, and has represented Outlook on the Boards of Digital Chocolate, Reply.com, Reconnex, Loyalty Lab, Bridgestream (acquired by Oracle), NetBrowser Communications, nSite Software, Impulse Network (acquired by Inktomi " N: IKTM), eTeamz (merged with Active Networks), Voquette (merged with Semagix), Qbiquity (acquired by Collabrys) and, Logilent (merged with Toolwire, Inc).

Haykin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Studies from Brown University, magna cum laude, and an MBA from Harvard's Graduate School of Business. He is the author of "Demystifying Multimedia" (Random House, 1993). He is on the Governing Board of Opportunity International, a non-profit that provides micro-loans for 3rd World countries and the Board of the American Cancer Society.

Peter Sealey
Member, Advisory Board

Peter is the founder, CEO and majority shareholder of Los Altos Group, Inc. ("LAG") and specializes in business and marketing strategy. His background includes over 20 years at The Coca-Cola Company where he held a variety of key positions including the role of Chief Marketing Officer in the early 90's (responsible for the now-famous "Always Coca-Cola " advertising campaign) and President of Marketing and Distribution at Columbia Pictures in the late 80's (where his releases include GhostBusters, La Bamba, Karate Kid, Stand By Me, and Tootsie.) In addition to his role with LAG, he is a member of the boards of directors and boards of advisors of a number of technology companies. He also serves as Adjunct Professor of Marketing at the Haas School of Business at the University of California - Berkeley, where he is also Co-Director of the Center for Marketing and Technology. In 2004, Peter joined the faculty of the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University as a Visiting Professor where he conducted MKTG 392: Marketing and Brand Strategy to MBA students.
