Payam Zamani
Chairman and CEO

A pioneer in performance-based marketing, Payam Zamani was co-founder of the first online car buying service, Autoweb.com. Created in 1994, Autoweb had a market cap of more than $500 million when Zamani left the company in 1999. He went on to found Reply.com, and is now spearheading a revolution in online lead generation.

Under Zamani’s leadership, Reply! has developed a platform that offers a true alternative to SEM by delivering the most efficient and profitable performance-based marketing solution ever conceived. His is a vision of an online world in which the uncertainty and unnecessary expense of the pay-per-click model are replaced with quality leads available when, where, and at whatever price the lead buyer wants.

Zamani’s extensive experience managing companies, building management teams, developing viable business models, raising capital, and creating strategic relationships has culminated in bringing this new lead platform to fruition.

Zamani is a graduate of the University of California, Davis, as well as Stanford University's Executive Leadership Program.

When he’s not running Reply!, Zamani enjoys long walks on the beach, leisurely drives in his Ferrari, and spirited games of Tic-Tac-Toe against the computer.

Brian Bowman
Chief Marketing Officer

Brian Bowman is the chief architect of marketing, traffic acquisition, and product development. He is responsible for strategic planning, positioning, and P&L management of all online marketing initiatives. He helms the growth of Reply!’s network of websites, customer acquisition and lead generation.

A skilled general manager with more than 17 years of experience in online marketing, product strategy, and product management, Bowman has held executive-level positions at several leading online consumer companies, including Yahoo, The Walt Disney Company, and Match.com.

Before joining Reply!, Bowman was VP Community for Yahoo.com, where he led global planning, positioning, and product development for community products. He was VP of Marketing & Product Management for InfoSpace.com and led the development of local, web search, and mobile search products. He oversaw Match.com’s product strategy and led the company to significant revenue and registration increases. Prior to joining Match.com, Bowman was VP and General Manager for The Walt Disney Company’s ABC Television Network online division.

Bowman graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Fine Art from Purdue University, and sits on the advisory boards for AffinityCircles.com and CircleBuilder.com. He resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Bowman is an expert at unburdening himself of sizeable sums of money at the poker table, and is available when your next poker night requires an infusion of cash.

Sean Fox
EVP, Business Development

Sean Fox leads Reply!’s business development efforts and manages all enterprise-level relationships.

For the past ten years, Fox has held key executive management positions with a number of leading online marketing companies, including Vice President of Strategic Alliances for Internet Pictures Corporation (iPIX), Vice President of Sales for Homestore (now Move.com), and President of Connecting Neighbors. During his tenure at Connecting Neighbors, the company grew revenue by more than 500% and consistently delivered 25+% EBITDA. After Reply! acquired Connecting Neighbors in 2005, Fox served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Reply!’s largest business unit until late 2006.

Prior to entering the business world, Fox was a trial lawyer at the U.S. Department of Justice and played a key role in filing a major lawsuit against Visa and Mastercard that ultimately forced those associations to change their business practices.

Fox holds a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center, a Masters in Economics from Cambridge University, and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Stanford University.

When not busy with his many business pursuits, Fox is also a champion of the movement to install voice-activated microwave ovens in every house in America.

Sam Veazey
EVP, Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Sam Veazey holds executive management responsibilities for the company's finance, accounting, financial planning, and analysis functions. Veazey has over 20 years of experience directing financial strategy for rapidly-growing companies.

Before joining Reply! in 2005, Veazey was the Vice President of Finance and Controller for CenterBeam, Inc., an I.T. outsourcing services company. Prior to CenterBeam, Veazey was the Corporate Controller at Neoforma, where he built the finance and accounting department and oversaw completion of a private round of financing, as well as navigating the company through a $180 million IPO in January, 2000.

Previously, Veazey held Chief Financial Officer/Corporate Controller positions at Cambio, Inc. and Sparta Surgical Corporation, where he managed the finance, accounting, and securities reporting functions, and completed various public offerings and acquisitions. Veazey was also the Vice President of Corporate Finance at Interco Funding Group, Inc., an investment banking firm, where he directed the underwriting of public offerings and structured acquisitions.

Veazey graduated from the University of Miami, where he received his M.B.A. in Management and Finance, Masters of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering, and B.S. in Biology and Mathematics.

Veazey, a tennis enthusiast, once defeated Billie Jean King’s pet cockerspaniel in a charity match, 6-0 6-1.

Bill Miles
EVP, Local

Bill Miles oversees all aspects of Reply! Local, which consists of over 15,000 unique neighborhood websites.

In 2002, Miles was a Vice President at Homestore, managing the approximately $30M Imaging Business unit. Miles managed a production and call center of more than 100 employees and a product development team, as well as the sales, marketing, and accounting functions for the unit. He arrived at Homestore through its purchase of the Real Estate unit of iPIX Corporation in 2001. Earlier in 2001, iPIX had merged with bamboo.com, the company responsible for bringing virtual tours to the Real Estate industry in the late 1990s. Bill was the sixth company employee, and first US employee, of bamboo.com.

Miles graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1990, and subsequently graduated summa cum laude with a degree in law from Boston University in 1995. Bill clerked for Charles Fried of the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts, then went on to practice law at Mintz, Levin, Ferris, Glovsky, and Popeo, LLC. At Mintz Levin, Bill spent most of his time supporting the legal needs of AOL, Inc.

Little-known fact: Miles once trained for the national thumb wrestling championship with real, live ninjas. No, really.

David Greene
EVP, Sales and Client Services

David Greene has earned a sterling reputation as one of the automotive industry's most progressive and effective performance and training professionals. Greene is responsible for all sales and client services associated with the Reply! retail offering for the local merchants.

Prior to joining Reply!, Greene was Director of Automotive Retail Strategy for Maritz Research. His experience includes serving as Vice President of Sales and Dealer Network Operations for Autoweb, one of the first publicly-traded online auto buying services. Greene has been in the automotive industry since 1980, has worked in all aspects of retail sales management, and excelled at developing award-winning dealership sales teams. He was an early advocate of customer-focused selling strategies, while maintaining a focus on bottom-line results.

In addition to managing sales operations and customer relationships, Greene has worked with both national and international dealer groups and manufacturers including AutoNation, Ford Motor Company, Land Rover, Saab, and BMW North America, developing and delivering dealer training initiatives.

Greene spends his weekends tending to his quarter-acre cactus garden and polishing his trophies, all won while he was playing semi-pro backgammon in the wilds of Saskatchewan.

Bill Perrault
VP, Information Technology

Bill Perrault is responsible for managing Reply!’s core information technology software group and ensuring that the company’s internal and external software programs work optimally.

A strategic technology expert with more than ten years of experience in project management and technology implementation for e-commerce environments, Perrault spent most of his 15-year career at Charles Schwab and Co., one of the nation's largest financial services providers. During his 12-year tenure with the company, Perrault held a variety of increasingly important roles, including Senior Project Manager—Brokerage Operations Technology Services, Senior Project Manager—Public and Client Web Sites, and Senior Project Coordinator/Senior Project Manager—Wireless Trading.

Perrault holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana.

A self-proclaimed deep-sea goldfish hunter, Perrault’s collection of scaly yellow pets is the pride of Winchester-on-the-Severn, Maryland, and always draws attention when he has them out-and-about on the custom leashes he sells on the side.

Greg Little
VP, Operations, Reply! Local

Greg joined Reply! in August 2003, bringing with him more than 20 years of experience in finance and operations. Greg's responsibilities include; finance, accounting, human resources and functioning as the General Manager of the Walled Lake facility.

Prior work experience includes executive positions with GlobalHue, a national multi-cultural advertising agency; Everlast Nutritional Products, a consumer products wholesale distributor; and Parameter Driven Software, a software developer and computer distributor. During Greg's time at Parameter Driven Software, serving as the CFO and member of the board of directors, the company was recognized as one of the fastest growing privately held companies in Michigan by Inc. Magazine.

Greg's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oakland University and a Master of Science in Finance from Walsh College.

John Truchard
Co-Founder

John Truchard brings more than ten years' experience in building online marketplaces. A veteran of three automotive services, Truchard was the first sales executive at Autoweb.com in 1996. Working with the founders, Truchard helped build the dealer network to more than 3,500 automobile dealers. He was also instrumental in building monthly Autoweb revenues to more than $1 million.

In 1998, Truchard was co-founder and president of OpenAuto, a software company focused on vehicle configuration and inventory management. During his tenure, OpenAuto raised $7 million in capital and launched its software product prior to selling the technology to Modulant Solutions. Immediately prior to joining Reply!, Truchard served as Vice President of Automotive at Modulant Solutions. There he was responsible for the successful licensing of the OpenAuto technology to several partners in the online automotive space.

Truchard, also one of the co-founders of Reply!, studied Economics at the University of California at Davis.
